Unravel the mysteries of this captivating haven as you immerse yourself in the luxurious comfort of Castle in Clarens, and let the fairytale unfold before your very eyes.
Castle in Clarens, where you can step into the enchanting realm of Rapunzel’s Tower.
The legend.
Princess Rapunzel has been locked away in a tower since she was captured as a baby by an old witch.
Rapunzel’s magical long blonde hair has the power to provide eternal youth, and the evil witch uses this power to keep herself young. At the age of 18, Rapunzel becomes curious about the outside world, and when a prince uses her tower as a refuge, she asks him to help her escape.
Make yourself at home.
At Rapunzel’s Tower, you will have the entire castle at your disposal where you will be in the comfort of royalty. Cornerstones from Windsor Castle, tapestries from the Middle East, light fittings from America, and tiles from Europe all contribute to an unbelievable experience. The guests to this Castle will be treated with spectacular views of Mount Horeb and in the evening, the lights of Clarens looks like stars that have fallen to the valley below.
Venue and Garden.
The garden is especially designed to fit in with the Rapunzel fairytale. Thorns trees, small pathways, and of course the vegetable garden with the famous Rampion, are all very true to the fairytale. Rapunzel’s Tower sleeps 4 people; the two double rooms with en-suite bathrooms have exquisite finishes: a bath suspended 12 meters above ground level is all part of the experience. No detail was spared to ensure that guests can enjoy a true fantasy experience, only fit for royalty.
From the views, to the layout of the castle and all the little unique touches in and around the castle are amazing! You will truly feel like royalty when going to this place!
No words can do this place justice. Absolutely breathtaking!
We visited Castle in Clarens for our first 12 year wedding Anniversary, we loved it and felt like royalty! We spent most of our time outside at the fire place, enjoying the view.
